Most logo projects take 5–10 business days from deposit to final delivery, depending on the number of revision rounds. Rush timelines are available — mention it in your request and I'll let you know what's possible.
A single-page site typically takes 1–2 weeks. A full multi-page website can take 3–6 weeks depending on the scope, number of pages, and how quickly feedback is provided. I'll give you a realistic timeline in your quote.
For web projects, having your text, images, and brand assets ready speeds things up significantly. That said, I can work with placeholder content to get the design structure right and swap in real content later. For logos, I just need the info covered in the "What to Prepare" section above.
You'll receive your logo in every format you'll ever need: PNG (transparent background), JPG, SVG (vector), and PDF. Color variations are included — full color, black, white, and any brand color versions we create together. These are yours forever with no license restrictions.
That's completely normal and expected — design is a collaborative process. Revisions are built into every project. I don't cut corners or rush you. We keep going until you're genuinely happy with the result. You'll never be left with something you don't love.
I build primarily in clean, custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript for full control and performance. I can also work within platforms like Squarespace or WordPress depending on your needs — just mention your preference in the project request and we'll figure out the best fit together.
The deposit secures your spot in my schedule and covers the initial design work — research, concept development, and the first draft. The remaining 50% is due when you've approved the final design and before I hand over the files. No hidden fees ever.
Absolutely. Every website I build is fully responsive and tested across major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge) and both iOS and Android mobile browsers. Mobile-first design is standard practice — not an add-on.
Yes — every client gets access to the Client Portal on this page. Create an account and you can log in anytime to see exactly which stage your project is at, from request received all the way through to final delivery. No need to chase me for updates.
Yes. After delivery I'm available for questions, minor tweaks, and guidance on using your new assets. For larger updates or new features, those are quoted as a new project — usually at a priority rate for returning clients.
